Marcel Reda was born in the south of France. He began studying classical piano at age 5 and has never left.


Marcel Reda studied music and piano at the conservatory. Early on, his teachers discover he has perfect pitch. At the conservatory, he will pursue studies in classical piano, music theory, ancient writing, orchestration, harmony and counterpoint, decryption, and jazz improvisation class.
At age 13, he won the National ORTF (competitions of all conservatories in France – PARIS Salle Pleyel).


After completing his studies, Marcel Reda give lessons in piano Master Class, and will perform in concert.

  • In 1992, Marcel Reda discovered computer music, analog synthesizers and expanders.
  • In 1994 he directed his first concert of electronic music at the National Scientific Research Center before 35,000 spectators. That year, he also realizes the artistic and technical development stage with a light show and laser show.
  • In 1995, 1996, 1997 and 2009, yet the show will carry over 30 000m2 of scenic area.
  • In 1995, he produced an electronic music concert at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona (Spain).

Today, Marcel Reda is still composing music. Very inspired by electronic music, he seeks new musical concepts, and perfect analog synthesis. He works on the concept “Piano in the void”
